The Pool School Project is an educational initiative that offers students an engaging opportunity to learn Geometry and Physics concepts through the game of pool/billiards. This program takes place outside of the traditional school setting and aims to provide a unique and hands-on learning experience for participants.
By exploring the principles of Geometry and Physics in the context of pool, students will enhance their problem-solving skills, creativity, and collaboration abilities. The ultimate goal is to demonstrate the practical applications of these academic subjects in a real-world scenario, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for Geometry and Physics among students.
The program covers tuition, learning materials, lodging, food, camp apparel, transportation, and additional amenities. Future plans include expanding the initiative to offer STEM camps during the summers, further advancing students’ knowledge and skills in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
